The runs this week were definitely more demanding, but not excessively so, and definitely not as tough as I'd thought they might be.
Clearly I'm not going to get complacent, there's still a long way to go and I'm not looking forward to those longer runs in the second half of the plan; I really think I will struggle with those. Having said that, thousands (if not millions) of people have completed it, so it must be possible.
Anyway, week 3 done without mishap, so now it's take a rest then move on to week 4...
